Dear Jay,
Normally protected DVDs are unable to be copied for the purpose of anti piracy and copyright
purposes. This assure that no one can make any illegal copy of the content. Yet these can be
copied by use of decrypting application but I wouldn't not recommend you to do it for preserving
legal copyrights.
