Hello,
I have been on the phone with Verizon for two hours. I can not send email or open email. I am running xp and use the msn browser. I keep getting errors and my cp shuts down. Verizon told me that msn is not supported by internet explorer 8 and that they could not help me unless I paid! How can I get rid of explorer 8 and go back to explorer 7?

Dear Windy,
Please consider updating the actual MSN messenger or simply download the latest
version to solve the matter.
Thank you.
