How to run windows recovery consol from H.D

Hello,

I have Toshiba Laptob M700 tablet PC, It has 20 GB unpartitioned space of its hard disk, which is used,
that is company configured.. and a complete image of my installed and configured windows is available in that unpartition image.
So kindly let me know from which key or from which option i can simply start (run) the windows recovery consol to recover my fully installed and configured windows with all drivers and softwares.
