Safari

guys my safari won't let me get onto my facebook, my e-mail, or basically any other thing with a password
ever time i get on to facebook it loads and sends me right back to the login page- i tried updating my software- nothing helped me this has been going on for about a week now and it's really aggravating me.... anyone have any ideas as to what's going on?
