Facebook doesnt recogize my email

Hello,
Everytime i try to log on to facebook, it says it doesnt recognize my email
Please help!

Dear Steph,

Please check whether the email address has not been disabled or the Facebook account.

It none of them has been disabled, please contact the Facebook Support team and explain

them clearly the trouble that you are having and let them fix it.
