Hello,
the keys of my compaq hp nc6000 laptop are boring,at times they will stop typing the letters when i insist it either refusesor types the letter indefinitely until i stop it.there are times the keys will just function as if there is no problem,but willdecide to stop at any instant.when i connected a usb external keyboard the problem does not occur.please what is the problem.

hi there,
it may be possible that something is stuck under the keys
or dust is preventing it from working
take a paint brush of small size and clean the keyboard
