Shortcut keys on keyboard

Hello,
I have a gateway laptop and I'm a gamer. I am having trouble while playing because of these shortcut keys. I will hit something and it downsizes my screen and some music thing comes up. Not cool when your playing with other gamers and you end up getting the group killed. I have looked everywhere and can't find where to turn off these shortcuts. I don't use them anyway so it wouldnt be so bad. Please if someone can help!
