Laptop Major Problem

Hello,

I'm really having a hard time figuring what could be the problem with my laptop. When I turned it on, it displays the startup, then a beeping sound with the count of 2 or 3 then after the status bar, a continuous beep and no display but if I press the shift key on the right side several times, it will boot normally. Ive tried removing the keyboard, works perfectly fine. Ive tried booting up and used the keyboard within the OS and using Microsoft Office, it functioned as it is supposed to be. Could somebody suggest any good idea on how can I resolve the my problem? R.E. Cant afford to buy a new laptop keyboard...

Brand of the laptop is NEO....I forgot the model Number....
