8 GB flask disk locked by administrator and c

Hello,
My Flash disk has been locked by Viruses called Feast.exe, Jim.exe, Mad.exe and i cant remove these viruses neither can i save or delete or format anything on the flash disk. When i scan with antiviruses i can see the viruses but cant do anything
