Hotmail receiving in Thunderbird email

Hello,

I am trying to set up thunderbird email to receive and send emails. My email address is as above. What are the incoming server settings I should use? What if they ask for my password? Do I then use the same email address as I already use with hotmail?

you must install webmail and hotmail extension in Thunderbird
