My browser will not load page

Hello, WOW, I didnt know that everyone had the same problem. I stayed on the phone with the cable company for an hour, we went through everything. Finally I brought my computer to work, downloaded firefox, and got a new modem just in case. I tried it at home. Nothing. Unfortunatly, I think my next step is resetting the system to factory settings, like one of you have suggested. I will let you know what happens. (NEW HP) 7months old.

Dear Jhonny,

You can try making a system restore before restoring the

laptop completely to factory settings.
