Problem installing

Hello, guys
last night i try to install xp to my notebook acer aspire 4720Z with vista preinstalled using installation flashdisc and then i encountered problem. it show that i have complete the installation but it can't enter window. it showing 2 terms;
1. missing hal.dll
2. no hard drive

please help me, i need it work in this very week.
