Problem installing audio driver

Hello,

I use MSI motherboard. I don't know it's model..but it's cd has a tag, that is G71-MV31011( I think this is the model no.)
When I try to install Realtek audio driver on my pc using installation CD provided with motherboard.. it get almost done, then it shows a message(realtek audio driver download failure! )
My OS is MS Xp, Sp2 version 2002.
What should I do now to hear sound from my pc.

Hello,

Try to download the audio driver from: http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/downloadsView.aspx?Langid=1&PNid=24&PFid=24&Level=4&Conn=3&DownTypeID=3&GetDown=false

Let me know if it did work.
