My laptop keys are not working

Hello,
I have a problem. My laptop keyboard is not working. The only keys working are the space, enter, alt, ctrl, tab, and delete. I've went on 'Device Manager' and it said it was working properly, even though it isn't. Even the On-Screen-Keyboard isn't working (I'm using my little sisters laptop). Updating the keyboard didn't help, either. Please help!

P.S My laptop is a Gateway.

Dear Susu,

This should be that the keyboard is damaged has to be

changed. Please check for any viruson your system though.

There is no possibility for so many keys to have functions

assigned on.
