Hdmi and pc speakers

Hello,
I wonder if anyone can help me. I have successfully connected my pc to my tv using hdmi lead and am pleased apart from i need the sound to come out of my pc speakers to as i record my own music and the sound on the tv isn't good enough on its own. How can i overcome this? Also what would happen if i turned off my pc and reconnected the vga lead aswell? Would that mean i could use 2 monitors at once, one hdmi and ther other vga and could this resend the sound to my pc speakers?

VGA cable does NOT include sound. The HDMI cable will only have sound if you enable it from the control panel. You will need to search the Control Panel for the correct screen. Please note that some PC's do not support sound on the HDMI port and you may need to switch tyhe sound back to when you disconnect the TV.
