Program doesnot open

Hello,

hey guys, when i dubble click on one program, it doesn't show on the screen or neither on task bar, but when i tried ctrl+alt+delete, and went to process and saw that the prgram was there i end tasked it and even restarted my computer many times, and i even downloaded it agin like 3 times but it doesn't show on the screen even though it's open. it used to work before. please help!

Dear Sir,

Please indicate which program you are trying to open. The

problem should be coming with your RAM memory where

the program is taking too much time to open. Still you

should try uninstalling the program and reinstall it for

there might be some corrupt or missing essential files

which is causing the problem.
