Black out and noiesing

Hello,
To day I install Windows XP 2005. But I lost my disc of Mother Board recently. For this reason I install another copy of another mother board. But it could not support and I try for second time. When I see that it does not work then I cross it. ThenI install my Anti virus. But it restared then a contineous beep sound is appearing from mother board and my screen is fully blac out. Please help me
