Log off problem

Hello to all,
when i will start my computer it automatically say log off and it automatically restarts and does not open main window.... i am not able to go to my desktop... i have tried many option.. just i know only the formatting the c drive... if any one have any kind of suggestion for me except formatiing please reply me.... thanks in advance

hi there,

boot from windows installation cd

and make a repair of the system

this will solve the issue
