Hello,
I am not a computer expert!! When I boot my computer up it goes to a "Privacy Center" screen. Obviously malware of some kind. I can not go anywhere from this screen. When I reboot and try to start in safe mode same thing happens. I try "ALT,CONTROL,DELETE to get to task manager and it is shaded out and will not let me get there.. Help!!!
