Hello everyone,

For the past few days, I've been trying to access my external drive but I keep getting this repeative message of "You need to format the disk in drive F: before you can use it" or my computer freezes up. I tried assigning it to a different drive but its the same problem. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Is there a way I could fix the external drive without needing to erase the files on my external drive?

Thanks for the message dancedhall. Unfortunately I downloaded the program but I'm getting a repeative message of permission being denied. Do you know of any other programs I could use?
