Hello, this abnormal situation just started and whenever I will try to uninstall something in the add or remove programs I get empty spaces and when I try to click on it it will just freeze the pc and all I can do is to manually reset the pc can someone help me please?

Using CCleaner will remove programs, but it will not remove the huge blank space in the Remove Software window.

Theres a software called CCleaner and just download it then install it and then afterwards try to delete the programs you don't want more.
