Laptop sound

Hello,
I got everything deleted from my laptop. along with the sound! I can only hear that tune when you turn the laptop on. When i play videos nothing sounds same with music and everything. i really need your help

hi there,

for missing sound check in device manager

if missing it will be in yellow triangle

then you need to install the driver by using driver cd
