broken toshiba help Closed

Hello,

my problem is a toshiba and when i turn it on it goes to a blue screen and says crash dump the tech guys say i need the recovery disks but i'v lost them and i don't know what to do

if you lost it then order it from official Toshiba website:

http://www.csd.toshiba.com/cgi-bin/tais/support/jsp/home.jsp?nav=Download

or use a windows installation disk and reformat the laptop

and use same link to download drivers
