Hello,
i bought my laptop from a stranger and found out that it is under administration, i cant even install and reformat it...how can i reformat it since there are so many programs installed that i even dont know how to use and what for...pleas guide me with this problem...thanks

hi there,

you can reformat it

you will need a windows installation cd

then boot from it and follow all the onscreen procedures

then download the drivers for the pc on manufacturer website
