slow downloading speed Closed

Hello dear,
I have problem with my downloading speed.i have bsnl broadband connection.my utorrent gives me speed only upto 40kbps eventhough speed provided to me is about 256kbps to 2mbps.
I have 1GB ram,intel core 2 processor with 3GHz speed. PLZ HELP.

Or you can use an internet accelerator like Internet Cyclone. I've used it and is quite good. You can google it.
