Screen blank & fan producing continous noise [Closed]

Hello,
I have a new Dell Inspiron s530.Recently I was using it when it suddenly restrted by itself and the fan produced a loud continous sound.The screen remained blank and nothing appeared on the screen. There wasn't any beep sound too.

I tried several attempts to get the system back to live but to no avail.
Could someone assist me to get the system working again?

This trouble might be sourcing from faulty Graphic

card, motherboard or RAM sticks. Please confirm the

source in order to get further help.
