Screen blank & fan producing continous noise

Hello,
I have a new Dell Inspiron s530.Recently I was using it when it suddenly restrted by itself and the fan produced a loud continous sound.The screen remained blank and nothing appeared on the screen. There wasn't any beep sound too.

I tried several attempts to get the system back to live but to no avail.
Could someone assist me to get the system working again?
