You may be a victim of software counterfeitin

Hello,
I have replaced my windows xp with windows 7. Now since last few days at start up I get message - you may be a victim of software counterfeiting.Screen goes black and watermark comes at bottom corner - windows 7 build 7600 This copy of windows is not genuine.
Also many times I get problem in connecting to wi-fi and Windows media centre also gets stuck

Please guide me to remove this message.
