Dell laptop loading display is the wrong way

Hello,
my little sister has inherited a Dell Inpsiration 1520 laptop and when we turn it on the home page comes up the wrong was round and roatates 90 degrees at random, we have no idea what has caused this or how to fix it....any advice??

You should be able to change the video settings to correct this. 1st right click on an empty area of the desktop. In the drop-down window select Graphics options / Rotation. You should click on "Normal" and then "enter" that should fix your problem.
