Internet connedted but not able to access app

Hello,
I am connected to internet & only able to access IE. i am not able to access chrome, firefox or any other applications like google earth, updates etc.

I have done a virus scan, winsock etc. but still not able to access applications. Please help.

hi there,

delete cookies and clear the cache of the browsers

you can also use ccleaner to do same in future
