Ipod not detected on my computer

Hello,
So is your computer not detecting your ipod? I have spent the last several days reading and doing some research and have found the problem and the fix. It looks as if there is a hotkey in the registry that is corupted. I went to Microsoft update page and let them fix it, I rebooted my computer and all was good. So here is the link I copied.

Click on the fix it for me button and let microsoft fix it. Reboot your computer and then connect your ipod. Should be good to go. I tried everything inside the forums on several web sites including taking my ipod apart and checking the pins. Dont delete your content from your ipod. Check this out and you wont be dissatisfied.
