Cant open yahoo mail

Hello,
i have a problem to check my email.
i can log in but i can't open the message in my inbox .
would u please help me to resolve this problem .

Dear Hammad,

This problem might be coming from the fact that your

account is too bulky. Please have the junk and spam

box cleared and hence have it working properly.
