Hello, my incoming hotmail email goes automatically into my deleted box, how can i get it to go into my hotmail inbox

Dear Prince,

Please it might be a virus infection that is causing the

trouble or simply that your account is too bulky and

that you need to have some of them deleted.

When I click on the message the loading sign flashes and done appears, but I can not see the message. Does anyone have a suggestion?
