Screen flipped upside down

Hello,
how do i get my screen to get back to normal. I have tried CTRL, ALT, UP Arrow Key and i dont see Graphic options when i right click the mouse on the desktop

Please check whether there is no virus infection on the

PC causing this trouble. If it is not the case, please try
