Hello,
i'm 18 and trying to figure out why my laptop cd drive doesn't read/burn discs anymore.
it worked fine up until August. then, i don't know what happened. i put a disc in (whether it be music cd, dvd, or program disc) and it doesn't even recognize that the disc is in the drive.
it says that it's disabled and i have a Code 32 error.
i already tried the Microsoft Fix-It thing and when it tried reinstalling my driver, it said that it failed.
i've updated everything as well.
but nothing's working.
also, i get this error message:
"Run DLL Error loading winyrp32.rom a specific module could not be found"

does that have anything to do with it?
and if not, how do i fix that as well.

if you can help in any way, i'd appreciate it.

Thank You.
