Dear Tammy,
If you have changed the hard drive, the problem might simply
be coming from the cables. I will advise you to check whether
they have been well plugged. It could still be coming from the
15 pin monitor cable and its power supply cable. Please have
them unplugged and replugged. You should also have the
graphic card and the monitor itself checked. This will easily be
checked by trying it on another PC.
