Command prompt not appearing

Hello,
my windows xp command prompt is not appearing ,after i check for virus ,by knowing there is no virus i again tried to open cmd prompt but it is not appearing

Hi there,

press start+ r or search for it in program file and ,right click on it and run as administrator.
