ACER ASPIRE ONE ZG5 LOG IN PROBLEMS!

Hello, ive got a problem with my net-book, for some reason its decided not to let me log in, every time i try logging in with my password it says my account is temporary unavailable!

Please could someone give me a hand, i dont mind restore the whole system as it's new and has no important files.

Please have the accurate instructions to have it restored to

factory settings and hence getting the problem solved by

getting at the following address:
