OK, i got a toshiba satellite laptop for Christmas... yesterday when i logged on, it was stuck on the desktop screen. i can click on programs but they dont open up and i cant open up control panel to do anything. what should i do?

Hi, maybe it's some issues with a new software you have newly installed try to restore your lappy to some days before.
