Screen Drags When Scrolling Up&Down

Hello,
Am having a problem with my laptop.............. when ever i try scrolling up and down the cursor lines it keeps drags and shakes as in very slow movement.............

i will be very Greatfull if a possible solution can be forwarded to me thanks very much

My not help full to u at this point of time to u...

may be helpfull for other ....

Install your Via raid too ( it will be available in Mother board CD ) , or download it from net

I sware it works next moment ..

I'm having the same exact problem. Someone said it was my Directx 9 thing that I needed so I installed it and it did absolutely nothing to help. SOS!
