You are actually not being enough clear about the problem that you are facing. If ever you are having missing files on the system, the issue could be sourcing from different reasons. There might be some corrupted files on the pen causing these kind of troubles. Still this could be caused by a virus infection. The best way to get rid of this will be carrying out a format.
