Hello,
I have a Acer One mini laptop and when I turn it on, it just shows a black screen and I can't do anything on it! Does anyone know what's wrong with it? Does it have a virus? or is it broken definitely?

Are you sure at least the screen is turning on, if yes, then format it and see what it does !
