Drive opening problem

Hello,
dis is vijay kumar when ever i double click the drives it is not opening directly, open with option is coming i saw u r ans that is mountpoint2 delete it is working but when ever i start the system every time it is not working that means the same problem is still coming is there necessary to delete the mountpoint2 option every time plz tell me the ans .

first of all make 1 drive free ,then format that drive.After that put ur belonging in that drive.same process should be done with all drives .Even if u are not satisfied than use a good antivirus which could remove foled viruses.

Hello,

I noticed my CD/DVD drive was missing in my file explorer so I went searching for some online help I tried uninstalling the drives as advised online and clearing the registry as instructed earlier in Matt's page regarding jacko468's similar issue in here but the problem wasn't solved I still cant find my CD/DVD ROM driver on my windows 10 hp laptop. Please HELP

Hello folks,
I don't know how does it start,actually..
I use PIONEER DVD-RW DVR-217..My pc hasn't been a year..
It's unable to write any DVD,and maybe CD too..
I check in divice manager..and it says:
Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)
if uninstall and reinstall the device can fix this problem??
