Dear Sir,
This might be a problem that occurred while uploading the attachment. It has not been allowed to upload completely. Still it might be a file under the bat, ocx, exe, com or exe format. These are normally not allowed to be uploaded or downloaded by some email service providers for the simple reason that viruses can be transferred through these type of files.
