Hello,

My computer did an automatic upgrade on wednesday at 3 am. When I awoke and brought my computer to life, I recieved notification that windows malicious software removal tool had removed a Trojan called WinNT.Alureon.d. I also recieved notification that Norton 360 was unable to upload a certain file.(can't recall) I haven't used Norton in sometime and did not renew the subscription and tried to remove it, but not all could be removed (group policy). I had at that time download super anti-spyware and all seemed to be running fine that is until Yesterday.

When I logged in, I could no longer access the internet using IE7, nor could I download my emails using Mozilla Thunderbird. I have 2 computers (work one is screwed up, other is not) so I knew that the internet connection was working. In the afternoon I tried AOL, and it worked!!! So I wondered what is up with this. What has happened, and How do I correct it.

So today, I log onto AOL to check my Business Bulleting board for new posts and want to upload some new product and I can't. I can't browse or make attachments with squirrel mail even. I can't upload pictures to host server. Now I try some downloads of various peoples suggestions. Free Anti virus software etc, and I get blank pages.....going no where.

This is a big, rather undetail report of what has happened here....but I am not very techincally savy, so if people have an idea, please help, but I may need point by point instructions.

Thanks in advance
