Lost sound after cleaning out & remove files

Hello,
I am having trouble since I removed and cleaned out my files, and I can't find them anywhere in the system. There isn't anything in my entertainment folder, which is where the computer sent me to fix the problem. Please Help. There isn't any sound from any of it.

Maybe by cleaning your files you removed the sound driver, just re install the sound driver !
