Black screen wen turn laptop on

Hello,
hi my daughter turned her laptop on last nite and a black screen came up saying windows could not start successfully a recent hardware or software change might have caused this,, it has safe mode , safe mode with networking, and safe mode with command but it dont do nothing wen i go on all of them i dnt no wot tyo do to fix it can sum 1 plz help

Dear Manda,

Please remove any usb device and turn it on. If the problem

still remains, please have the motherboard, RA M sticks and the

graphic card checked.
