Hello,
I just recieved a recovery CD because I got a virus and when my brother reinstalled
everything their was no sound and when I go to play anthing it says that their is no
sound device installed.I put CD in but I dont know the next step as I am pretty new
to computers. Can anyone help?
I have tried to run the CD but nothing goes.

You still need to download the hardware drivers for your PC from the manufacturer's web site.
