HP pavilion dv6910us BIOS failure

Hello,
I hav HP Pavilion dv6910us laptop
I had updated the BIOS but after restarting the laptop nothing works.
The laptop starts the CD\DVD drive runs with all the LEDs ON and then within 10 seconds the laptop stops and restarts on its own. this cycle continues
when i press F10 key the laptop remains ON but nothing happens nor does it react to any other keys

plzzzz help

Unless you can purchase a new correctly programmed BIOS from HP you can't solve this problem. Once a BIOS is damaged you can't reprogram it from within the PC.
