OVERWRITTEN USER AFTER SYSTEM RECOVERY

oK SO I did a system recovery on my pc cause i was having some problems with it now I knew how to recover my doc and files after that but with my luck I didn't do it right after and then I did another pc recovery so now my files and document are overwritten and I have no idea how to recover them please someone help please. Now I have bought one of those restore sofwares but they are a big scam and a lot of trouble so I don't want that if any one know how i can find them in my pc and restore them though a procces i wil be forever thankfull.
