Change a Bsnl broadband plan

Hello,
I am currently using 250Rs a fixed plan.
Now i want to change to 125Rs plan
so please give me BSNL procedure to change the plan

Hi there,

You will have to contact the customer care by a phone call or make a visit to their showroom to change the package plan.
